Richard Boyle - Managing Director
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in real estate and finance. He provides advisory and origination services to investors and lenders.
A former Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, he is experienced in solving problems and adding value across multiple sectors for corporate organisations, investors and occupiers.
Having worked also as a Negotiation Consultant with The Gap Partnership, Richard understands precisely how to maximise value for his clients in their real estate deals, as well as broader commercial scenarios.
Most recently he successfully set up the UK arm of a property finance platform, specialising in overseas investors. This required a deep understanding of the new build residential market, structured finance and property risk.
On a personal level, Richard is former professional rugby player and has successfully completed a solo Channel Swim raising money for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's charities.
