Negotiated and executed a commercial loan, secured against a shopping centre. The loan was issued to a public company following a non-performing loan portfolio sale. 


Given the distressed position, the loan was documented and drawn down in tight timeframes. 


Taking into account the needs of all parties to achieve a satisfactory outcome where the operator was able to release  significant value and whilst the loan was on favourable financial terms for the lender.

Built risk analysis process for new build developments, worked closely with developers and agents to ensure lending procedures took into account risk, but worked in conjunction with the sales process. 


In doing so, developed a deep understanding of the new build residential market in the UK. This considered factors such as pricing, practical and legal risk as well as building strong relationships with key players in this market.
